The film features the Harbourmaster Hotel, which part of Wales is it?
The Harbourmaster Hotel is located in Aberaeron. Aberaeron is a coastal town in Ceredigion. Maybe not as well known as other West Wales areas (some best know it as Cardiganshire) Ceredigion is just as beutiful, and ideal for a short break walking or just relaxing.
Rhod goes to sleep in some weird dome shaped room at the end of one of the films - is that a hotel?
The dome shaped room is actually a tent in ‘Fforest’, a camp site in Ceredigion that takes a different approach to camping.
As we have discussed in our cool camping posts here before, there are many alternative ways to spend a night under canvas in Wales, Fforests describe their site.
Low density clusters are integrated within the landscape and the agricultural traditions of the farm, creating individual sites that will allow guests to best appreciate this outstanding natural environment. Choose from Nomad tunnel tents, Swedish Kata tipis and geodesic domes, all sited on elevated decks with communal cooking areas.
Jumping off cliffs into the sea - whats all that about?
The technical term for what Rhod was doing was coasteering. He was taken coasteering by Pembrokeshires Outdoor Adventure TYF.
