Wales is such a beautiful country and yet this made it trivial and seemed to advertise the one hotel?
What a waste of money

Oh no...

This ad is the almost the same as the ad for the Isle Of man which my darling wife fell for and resulted in me spending two precious weeks being forced to ride a bike across a muddy track whilst carrying my meals and clothes for the next day. If you want to ride bikes across muddy tracks, walk through hills go the the Isle Of Man.

If you must get my wife to use sexual politics to con me out of another two weeks of paid leave then at least think up an original concept.

It gives outdoors types, the Welsh and you a bad name.

I agree with Sarah and Fiona above, it seems like they couldn't think of anything original for themselves and just copied the Isle of Man, who not only came out first but seem to have a far more adventurous take on jumping into the sea - coasteering!

You're right Fiona & Sarah it is quite similar to the Isle of Man advert. I thought that when I saw it last night on the telly.

Great advert! Truly embraces the spirit of what Wales has to offer and has been done in a sympathetic way, I feel! As a chef in the harbourmaster hotel, I am truly honoured to work in such a thriving business and do hope people who see the advert are inquisitive enough to come and visit us either for the day, or to spend the evening in one of our beautifully decorated rooms. Aberaeron is the perfect get-away to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Yeah I thought that too, but the jump isn't half as good as on the IOM ad. this ad also reminds me of the New Zealand ads. I guess it's hard to think of original ideas for destinations.
